Activity Application
An application is required for any event or fundraiser affiliated with Agoura or taking place on or off our campus.
Apps must be submitted to K4 at least two weeks prior to the event. Applications can be found in the K4. Fill out an application below!
*Please note that Apps must be submitted in person. No digital copies will be accepted. Note this when clicking the link below.
Maintenance Request
An application is required for any event on campus in request of facilities, supplies, tech, custodial set up, and/or security. Instructions for the form must be read carefully.
This form must be printed and given to Jamie Kimmel in the Attendance Office in order for the activity request to be approved.
